Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
- Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping methods: Depending on the country, parcels are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders must be placed before 16:00 to be processed within the stated timeframe.

Delays
- Your order should arrive within 6-9 working days (Monday - Friday).
- If it hasn’t arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations

- Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.
